What VIP does not give
Kin strength, production, building speed and chances of finding rare kin are the same for everyone. All kin, puzzles and stories can be reached for free.

Link Google in the game. VIP belongs to that account in that world, so you can restore it on another device.
Check the price and beta conditions in the game, then continue to payment.
There is no free trial. Turn off renewal in the game to stop future charges; the paid period stays active. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Yes. All kin, stories, buildings and puzzles remain available through free play. VIP adds convenience and cosmetics.
When do the extra observations count?
VIP adds +1 observation per 3 hours while the Moon Cup has room. Time after it is full does not count. VIP does not award a bonus for earlier time.
Does VIP make charging or the lantern faster?
No. Charges refill at the same rate. The lantern holds more of the same oil, with the same burn rate and light. Production and building speed are unchanged.
Can I buy as a guest or move to another device?
Link Google before buying. Sign in with the same Google account in the same world on another device to restore VIP.
Can I buy a year instead?
The yearly plan is planned at $39.99 USD, paid in full. Monthly purchases open first. The yearly plan is not on sale yet.
How do I cancel?
Turn off renewal in the game. Future charges stop and VIP stays active until the paid period ends. Deleting an app or closing a tab does not cancel it.
Can I get a refund?
The first VIP payment has a voluntary 14-day full-refund period, even if you used VIP. Mandatory consumer rights apply in addition. Read the English refund policy for how to request one.
